How to View Quicktime .MOV as Thumbnails in a Windows XP Folder

On two other previous posts, I have explained how to display the contents of an Adobe Photoshop PSD Thumbnail in a windows XP explorer folder instead of the standard icon, and also the same for an Adobe Illustrator file.
