Well, I Wouldn’t Really, and Here’s Why!

Firstly, here is a website that probably has no inbuilt security, and you are lured into freely giving away your Twitter User-name and password. In return, the hope of building a larger following on Twitter……….. Ask your self this question ?, do you yet know anyone who has increased their followers and has kept them for any length of time ? ………… do you want to add your name and reputation to a list of unknown people without checking them out first ? This is just like a pyramid scheme, where only the one’s in at the beginning will ever gain………. Surely this is madness , isn’t it ?

I think, if all your interested in, is getting or increasing your numbers then yes, it will work for you. As with email lists, just having large numbers of subscribers does not gain you any more than just a fewer targeted subscribers. Quality not Quantity is far better in my book.

I know a lot of people have jumped on the band wagon, so to speak. But In my view, surely it’s far better to have people following you because they want to, they may have looked over your profile, and perhaps find you interesting enough to follow. Rather than just following every Tom, Dick and Harry, just because they also want to build up their number of followers.

Here is a video from Zeb Olsen, who is very passionate about Tweeter Getter, but many of his youtube viewers totally disagree.

I think this is what will happen very soon!……… In the short term, you’ll get a lot of followers, and then they will eventually un-follow you if you are not of interest to them, or you don’t have the same common ground of interests

As you know, it’s just as easy to have followers unsubscribe, or should in say stop following you, as it is to get them in the first place, so the high numbers you hear about will soon diminish in my opinion.

In my view , it’s a complete waste of your time and effort, not much effort, i agree, but then most things in life are equal and opposites, and you usually only get back what your prepared to put in.
