I've been on one of those so-called chat help lines for hours with the IT folks for a class I'm taking at a local technical college and they were no help whatsoever. I'm going to send an email to the sales rep (for the textbook company associated with the simulation software that I have to use with the hybrid course) with a link to your webpage showing where I finally found the help allowing me to get their software package to function. Their tech support just kept telling me to re-load the simulation software despite my stating that the Flash Player kept bombing. Thanks so much for the fix!
